Before contacting a seller
- Read the complete listing, not only the title and price.
- Make sure the game, server, quantity, item version, and currency unit match what you need.
- Open the seller profile and check its marketplace history, response information, and upheld reports.
- For equipment, compare the screenshot with the written upgrade level, stats, enhancements, and durability.
- Be cautious when a price is far below similar offers or the seller demands immediate action.
A recent screenshot can help confirm details, but an image can be old, edited, or copied. Ask the seller to confirm the current offer and do not treat a screenshot by itself as proof of ownership.
Protect your account access
Use a different password for every account and enable two-factor authentication where the game, Discord, wallet, or payment provider supports it. Review the exact website domain before signing in. If a link opens an unfamiliar login page or asks you to install a file, stop and use the game or service’s official website instead.
Confirm the agreement in writing
Before payment or delivery, both sides should repeat the same details: game, server, exact item or currency amount, price, payment method, in-game recipient, delivery order, and any agreed fee. Keep the message and payment record until the transaction is complete.
If the seller changes the payment recipient, Discord account, game character, price, or server after the agreement, pause. Verify the change through the original Pawer conversation before doing anything else.
Using a Pawer MIDMAN
- Open the MIDMAN link on Pawer Marketplace.
- Enter the official Pawer Discord and create a MIDMAN ticket.
- Wait for Pawer staff to confirm the assigned MIDMAN inside that ticket.
- Check that all participants and trade terms are visible in the official ticket.
- Follow the confirmed process; ignore unsolicited direct messages claiming to speed it up.
The MIDMAN fee is 5% of the total trade value. From that trade value, 1% supports community giveaways. Opening Discord does not automatically assign a MIDMAN, and no seller can appoint one on Pawer’s behalf.

The other person says the offer will disappear immediately or refuses time for basic verification.
Identity changes
A new Discord account, payment recipient, or game character suddenly replaces the one in the listing.
Secret instructions
You are told to keep staff out of the conversation, leave the official ticket, or avoid the marketplace report tools.
Credential requests
Anyone asks for a password, login code, recovery phrase, private key, remote access, or a file download.
If something looks wrong
Stop the trade before sending more. Use the report option on the relevant listing or message and include a short factual explanation. Keep screenshots of the agreement and payment record, but remove sensitive financial or login information before sharing them.
For unauthorized payments or a compromised account, also contact the payment provider, Discord, wallet provider, or official game support as soon as possible. Pawer can review activity on its own service, but it cannot reverse outside payments or recover external accounts.
What marketplace signals mean
Discord linked means the Pawer profile is attached to that Discord account. Marketplace activity shows how the account has used Pawer. “0 upheld reports” means no report against that account has been confirmed by Pawer admins at the time shown. None of these signals guarantees a future trade, item ownership, payment, or delivery.
